2. General Refund Principles
All refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis in accordance with the specific terms outlined below. To be eligible for a refund, you must:

3. Consultation Services
3.1 Cancellation by Client
If you need to cancel a scheduled consultation, the following refund terms apply:
- More than 48 hours before the appointment: Full refund of the consultation fee, or rescheduling at no additional charge.
- 24 to 48 hours before the appointment: Refund of 50% of the consultation fee, or rescheduling with a 50% credit applied to the new appointment.
- Less than 24 hours before the appointment: No refund is available. A rescheduling option may be offered at our discretion with a rescheduling fee equal to 25% of the consultation fee.
- No-show without prior notice: No refund is available. The full consultation fee is forfeited.
3.2 Cancellation by Radianthipstreng
If we cancel a consultation due to consultant unavailability, studio closure, or other reasons on our end, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost, at your preference.
3.3 Post-Consultation Refunds
Once a consultation has been completed, refunds are generally not available. However, if you believe the consultation did not meet the described scope of services, you may submit a written complaint within seven days of the session. We will review your concern and may offer a partial refund, a complimentary follow-up session, or another resolution at our discretion.
4. Educational Products
4.1 Digital Products
Digital educational products, including guides, workbooks, and reference materials delivered via email or download, are eligible for refund under the following conditions:
- Refund request submitted within fourteen days of purchase
- You have not downloaded, accessed, or viewed more than 20% of the digital content
- The product was not purchased as part of a bundled package with non-refundable components
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be granted once the full content has been accessed or downloaded, except in cases of technical defect that prevents access to the purchased materials.
4.2 Physical Products
Physical educational products shipped to your address are eligible for refund under the following conditions:
- Refund request submitted within thirty days of delivery
- Product is returned in its original condition, unused and undamaged
- Product is returned in its original packaging with all included materials
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product)
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, a refund will be processed within ten business days.
5. Programs and Challenges
5.1 Before Program Start
If you enroll in a structured program or challenge and request a refund before the program start date, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee, provided the request is submitted at least seven days before the program begins.
5.2 After Program Start
Once a program has started, refunds are calculated on a pro-rata basis:
- If less than 25% of the program duration has elapsed: 75% refund of the enrollment fee
- If 25% to 50% of the program duration has elapsed: 50% refund of the enrollment fee
- If more than 50% of the program duration has elapsed: No refund is available
Program duration is calculated from the official start date communicated at enrollment. Access to program materials will be revoked upon refund approval.
5.3 Program Cancellation by Radianthipstreng
If we cancel a program before or during its duration, all enrolled participants will receive a full refund of the enrollment fee within fourteen business days of the cancellation announcement.
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items and circumstances are not eligible for refunds:
- Services or products purchased during promotional sales marked as final sale or non-refundable
- Gift purchases redeemed by the recipient (gift purchaser may request refund before redemption)
- Customized or personalized educational materials created specifically for an individual client
- Third-party fees or charges not collected directly by Radianthipstreng
- Consultation no-shows as described in Section 3.1
7. How to Request a Refund
